We had a great experience with Gates Enterprises from start to finish! This was our first time replacing a roof, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Brandon Bailey , our Project Manager, was fantastic — he explained everything clearly and guided us every step of the way. They even made sure someone was present when the insurance adjuster came out, so we never felt like we were going through it alone. The communication and customer service was outstanding . The roofing and gutter crews did an amazing job and cleaned up thoroughly. Even warning the possibility of a few stray nails. Everyone was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property.
