A HUGE shout out to Jacob Dillon, my project manager! Jacob was professional, pleasant, and provided excellent customer service! Did what he said, and said what he did! Walked me thru every step of the process from initial quote to City inspection approval. The installers were just as professional, for example, they made it a point to make sure I didn’t need to take my car out of the garage. I had been previously advised by Jacob, but greatly appreciated the reminder the morning of installation. They completed the entire demo to installation in less than 8 hours, and also left my property as clean as they found it. I without reservation, I recommend this company and Jacob Dillon.

Clancy stopped by on a weekend and asked if he could inspect our roof for hail and storm damage. After doing so he opined an insurance adjuster would approve a claim for replacement of the shingles. We filed a claim and the adjuster made an appointment to inspect the roof. Clancy went over the damage with the adjuster. Afterwards my insurance company approved the claim. Gates set a day that worked with our schedule to do remove and replace the shingles. On that day the crew arrived at 7:30 AM with a large crew. They worked until dark. The next day they arrived at the same time and completed the work at noon. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and how it was done. Clancy kept me informed on the process from first contact to the last payment. I highly recommend Gates Enterprise.
